Recently I had a very difficult case that was expertly and efficiently resolved by the great people at Folkestad Fazekas. Their lead counsel Aaron Barrick and his team helped my folks out of a great jam. after being wrongly accused by a frivolous suit for $6,000 from their shady roof contractor at Royal Roofing (Stay away), they spent almost $10,000 on their first law firm getting little to no sulotion and having the case dragging on indefinitely. As luck would have it, I made a phone call to Mr. Barrick on recommendation by retired lawyer. After one free consultation, Mr. Barrick couldn't believe that our first lawyer would charge us almost $10,000 to defend a $6,000 case. It was really out of sympathy and shear disbelief of the injustice we were receiving from both our original counsel and the opposing counsel that Mr. Barrick took on the case. Within weeks we were guided onto the right path and last month the case was settled our of court with little fees.
