They are low down they will drain every penny that a hard working person has they are not approachable the only thing they can tell you is you need to consult with a lawyer if I had money for a lawyer I wouldn’t be in the position of being garnished. I would not recommend them to ANYONE and if you see they name on anything BEWARE they don’t care if you have bills or not they coming with guns loaded with they no good self.

I have serious reservations about an attorney that can’t tell me the first day I call that he doesn’t have my account AFTER being given the account number, asks me how much I would be willing to pay every month to settle the debt, and then insists I never talked to him and he doesn’t have my account in his office on a call back the very next morning.

This is attorney is the most HORRIBLE along with his staff. They are very unprofessional.

i would give 0 stars, if i could … when calling mr. fontana today, he says he cant take my calls. basically that i'm calling his office to much.. please keep in mind, i only contacted him 3 times in the last 2 months ONLY to check a balance!!! i understand its the holidays but if you don’t want to answer the phone and conduct business WITHOUT being nasty to people just close your office!! this “ATTORNEY” hung up in my face!!!!!! yes, i did file a report with the BBB because he shouldn't be representing ANYONE, not even a damn dog. Happy New Years !!
