After my Aunt purchased over $400 worth of sneakers, she was denied a refund because she didn't have the box the shoes came in even though she had the receipt, the shoes were in pristine condition and it didn't say anything about having the original box for returns on the receipt. Furthermore, this all happened in under 30 days of her purchase. Please, do not waste your time spending your money at these stores... "All Footlocker" locations. They have no care or concern for customer service and the hard earned money you are apparently wasting in their locations.

Warning: NEVER order for home delivery. Foot Locker ships with a scam service called Smartkargo and they have a growing record of theft claims. If you research that service, tons of customers and video show empty Foot Locker boxes are showing up with opened packaging and shoes missing... in my case they didn't even reseal the box and took a fake "delivery proof" photo... Foot Locker employs them and this is partly their fault for ignoring mass complaints. Simple research shows the shipper is fraudulent. I give credit to the Foot Locker customer support for doing their best to make good and provide replacements for in-store pickup. But Foot Locker as a company needs to wake up about the scam shipper they're involved with.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I got a gift card for Christmas and it was hacked. They basically told me too bad oh well! One person I spoke with told me the person should’ve given me cash cause cash is better anyway. Worst customer service I ever received. I will never shop at foot locker again. I will make sure I tell my friends as well as my coworkers. I am a nurse in a hospital.

I have been waiting on a refund since 9/17/24 and it is now 11/19/2024. I have been told that 2 checks have been mailed but never received and now they can't cancel the checks. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. This company is a scam and all reviews on Google and BBB support how terribly run this business is.

Went to get my granddaughter sneakers although there were about 10 employees walking around no one cared tobwait on us. One girl said wait until someone comes out of back room. No one came, we left. A few people left also. I will never go to foot locker again.
