Fort Worth Office

I went to store number 00216 , 6880 W Fwy in Fort Worth. My first encounter was with Antonio, a sales associate. He was not helpful at all in answering questions regarding my purchases nor rewards policy Office Depot has in place. It frustrated me to the point that I requested a manager, Sean. Things went from bad to worse. I saw several people including me leave unsatisfied with their shopping experience. The store was also dark and uninviting. I went to Best Buy for my Copier ink purchase and the experience was night and day! I won't be going back

The employee at the copier didn't seem to know what was going on. Big waste of time.

This is the best place for office needs. The staff are skilled, helpful, and very nice.nThey have done my printing for several years.

I was greeted by a sales clerk when I walked in and he was very helpful.

I can usually find the things here I can't find at w.m. or the red circle store not always the price point but you get what you pay for. It's easy in easy out I like that for sure. Good place to shop.
