Dealt with this law firm for almost 20yrs. Lawyers are great, Esma Onal has really been a pleasure. She is knowledgeable, highly responsive (which prior to meeting her had not been my general experience with the firm), and tenacious. I felt like a person, not a number in one of many folders. I'd give 5 stars if the front desk experience was better. It needs more warmth.
