If I could give a negative no. I would these bottom feeders are harassing a 79 year old widow in regards to a house she never signed the bank note for the house her husband passed away 2019 they foreclosed on the property and this firm is still harassing her this is a woman on a fixed income like I said bottom feeders
This firm is unethical and unprofessional. They use illegal tactics, I.E sending without return receipt requested, sending from PO Box without firm's name. Not responding accordingly to motions, failing to accept cure money. Lying on the record
They will try to steal your home not help. Beware of the devil!
They are running some sort of scam in the real estate sector as seller attorneys where they will send a contract, collected the signed contract, and of course your deposit in the form of a certified check. Not to mention rush the buyer to deposit all the money required to get a loan commitment just to rescind the contract 12 business days before the scheduled closing for another offer. On top of that they are in no rush to return your certified deposit nor will they compensate you for any other lost funds executing inspections, appraisals and such. Pretty sketchy law firm if you ask me.
The have made my life horrific..for 10 years til current. There fake they got me into a government program paid 6000.00 after a fire ( another story but connects to this company .no such place ...I don't know how they doing it but they are . They in for a big surprise cone my sale date next week I got them and others on everything .a foreclosure doesn't take 13 years ...foold
