Called them to see if they would be able to help with my case and was told by the receptionist it wasn't something they would handle. Which is ok I understand. So I asked her what type of attorney do I need to call? She responded, "I'm just a receptionist, I'm not here for free legal advice." Which then I told her I wasn't asking for legal advice, I was just wondering if you could point me in the right direction. She then responded.. " sir I'm not going to argue with you..... I interrupted her there and said " what do you mean argue with you?" .... then she hung up on me. I just don't understand how people that work in a professional setting such as this has the nerve to treat a potential customer. Maybe my case isn't for you this time, but what about the next? You just scratched yourself off that list. You could have easily asked someone in the office what type of attorney could help me. I'm sorry you hate your job so much. I would to if all I did was answer the phone all day.
