This man is a misogynistic jerk that doesn't know the law and lacks any sort of empathy. If you're a woman, this is not the attorney for you. I'm editing/adding to my review to say that immediately after speaking with an attorney who is a woman, she immediately took my case because she took the time to listen and understand my case. This man is a con artist, he will charge you 200 dollars for a consultation and then talk circles around you, never letting you get a word in, and ramble on talking about nothing relevant until your 30 minutes is up. Then tell you to pay more. You should be ashamed of yourself, Ernie. I hope you don't have daughters.

Mr. Garcia demonstrated profound knowledge and professionalism and a helpful and pleasant demeanor. I reached out to him for guidance regarding an issue with my tenant who violated the lease agreement and left the property in a deplorable state. Mr. Garcia provided me with insights that were hard to accept, but his high ethical standards dissuaded me from pursuing a lawsuit against the individuals involved.
