Very nice and cordial in the beginning, but once you retain them to take your bankruptcy case, you see THE REAL DEAL! Uncaring, rude, don't return your calls, act like it's a hassle to address your concerns and answer your questions. The paralegal screwed up my name and didn't want to fix it. All creditors were presented, and they still left a few off until I demanded a meeting with one of the attorney's to address the issues! SIMPLE REQUESTS turned into MAJOR ISSUES! Now, when they want payment....you won't get them off your phone!!! Don't be fooled! There are many BR Attorneys in and around Atlanta. Retain one that has a great track record for AMAZING RESULTS and AMAZING CUSTOMER/CLIENT SERVICE.

I used a this law firm to do a bankruptcy for me. I did everything I was suppose to do. I get a letter of my case being dismissed for not doing a credit counseling which I did. But I didn't use their company so it was not sent to them. I call the law office, they ask me to fax them a copy of it and I did. They told me they would take care of the case for me. So about a year and a half later I get a letter from a creditor stating I owe them money. So I contact this law firm asking why my case is still open. They act like its my fault and give me the run around. Now my case is closed but its closed a year and a half later then it was suppose to be. Now I can not get a house for another year and a half because of this. Very Unethical

Our lawyer from this company showed up intoxicated with liquor on his breath and new absolutely nothing about our case, very upset and may report !
