Dr. Alexander did an amazing job with my liposuction. My confidence has gone through the roof and I have never felt better about my new and improved look. Great job to all his staff as they made me feel at home every time I came in for appointments. I have had a few surgeries with Dr. Alexander and will be a client for life. His bedside manner is second to none and I couldn't be happier with my results. If I need further procedures in the future, I know who to call. I honestly can say that everything went according to plan; I am also a medical professional so knowing how things really work, I let Dr. Alexander make the decisions based on his expertise and I am so glad I did. My breasts never looked better! he picked the perfect size, you can barely see the incision, his staff is amazing, so helpful and understanding. It was just a 5 star experience all around. Dr Alexander is hands down the best plastic surgeon in Vegas! I loved when I sat down with him for my breast augmentation consultation he really guided me in what decision to make on how big to go. The staff is super friendly! They make you feel like family. Highly recommend him!
