Richard gerace told me he would take a case for 15k plus 25% of a 150k loss. When I questioned if we would be suing for cash or the assets lost he replied with a very rude email saying he would not represent me. This man is a scam and I would not use him for any legal representation. There is a reason there are no reviews. He was more concerned about asking me if i had any friends who lost money with GameStop than he was about my case. I asked him if he would take the case pro Bono and take 50% of what was returned in assets which would have been about 75k to him and me and again he was very rude and said he would not represent. Please save yourself additional losses if considering him for legal representation.
