Doug, Liam and Melissa I'd definitely recommend to someone if they ever needed a injury Lawyer! After getting into a car Accident in March, I thought I was able to handle things my way not thinking I'd have to lawyer up. The insurance at fault wasn't doing anything to help after having my only mode of transportation taken away from me I couldn't even get a rental. After asking 3 times and being rejected I was offered a few measly dollars to settle my case. After hearing the amount I felt offended be cause at this point the insurance didn't care for my well being so I went lawyer shopping. Called a few a of the big names advertised around town to get some information and found out how slick of of them are by saying 'We are gonna email you some documents for you to read and sign and we'll get started on your case.' Not explaining what the process will be. After speaking with Liam he was able to give me a break down on the details and how this could be a lengthy process so it will take a lot of patience on my end. Liam was able to set me up with Doug that was going to take on my case and that's if I chose to have Gerber represent me. I'm glad I made the choice! From Melissa to Liam to Doug I was kept in the loop at all times. We got to point to where my case hit a snag. I wasn't getting better my finances was pretty much exhausted. The Team was able to assist me in getting help and treatment that I didn't know I needed. For 6 to 7 months I didn't know I was walking around with a fracture in my leg that required surgery. Doug and his team was able to find me a Doctor willing to take on my case working on a Lein so that I wouldn't have to come out of pocket. Again I was kept in the loop at all times and I got the surgery and treatment I needed. I was very happy they way I was represented and taken care of by Gerber. Just make sure to be safe and buckle up when driving. Also keep in mind accidents happen.

Excellent service! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend them. When my daughter was hit by a car on her way home on her bike I didn't know where to begin. The team there was helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and did everything they could and more. They communicated regularly keeping me informed on everything that was going on. And everyone on the team is really nice.
