Recently interviewed for a role with the organization. Was asked questions that preceeded with "Are you familiar with" or Have you ever". These type of questions are OK if you want general responses however they do not speak to the specific example(s) needed to thoroughly answer a question for a true evaluation such as the S.T.A.R.method. I can clearly see how these reviews that are dissatisfied with the leadership there feel confused or as though the management doesnt know what their doing. There may be a fundamental problem in general communication.

I don't understand there purpose. Take money from the less fortunate. And give to their selves. Everyone got money, but us. ????
