They make mistakes on record, judges and clerks all make mistakes they won’t own the mistakes made. Very unhappy with them and lack of knowledge and communication. The clerks say one thing and doesn’t follow through and or drops the ball so nothing get communicated right. Be careful of what they tell you and do. Supervisor doesn’t really come across like she wants to fix the issue either. Very unknowledgeable about what going on in the courts. Judges don’t take all information nor put the right information in the case file. The mix up dates badly. Just be careful.

They don't return calls or answer the phone. So why even have an answer machine to leave a message? That's not professional and rude.

3 months ago I posted a terrible review on Facebook after quite possibly the worst experience in civil traffics court. I showed up, paid my fines, was offered traffic school for a violation. I left the day after court for a work trip and quite honestly forgot all about traffic court. I never received anything for Gilbert saying if I didn’t pay I would be sent to collections or my license suspended. I got a letter from collections and paid that day. Now I’m getting a suspension letter, dated from after I paid mind you, from MVD and all Gilbert says is here is the abstract now go to MVD to reinstate!!!!!!! Not my fault your fault, you fix it!!

Dina and prosecutor Ari are such a disgrace to me and the state of Arizona. I’ll be seeking out a case against both of them as they handled a case I was involved in so poorly. First they promise and agreed they will do and help in whatever way they can and make promises and then let the criminals walk right out the door with a slap on the wrist. I have evidence proving both victims advocate Dina Aguilar and prosecutor Ari that they would be getting specific information regarding a hit and run case, sent me information they never reviewed proving they agreed to this and but never realized they never could actually produce anything as all the documents were expired and in the wrong state, but why would that matter to them. It’s not like they needed me to prosecute. Jesus. They should be ashamed of themselves and should take a good look at themselves and how they are treating victims of the state bc my attorney will be. Get it together.
