I've never had an issue with the staff, they have always been polite and well mannered. The only issue I had was with a nurse, she seemed a little too rough with my 3 month old but I think that was just me being a first time mom because my baby didn't mind it. I will say that the best Dr to see is Dr. Kristin! I love her! She is very thorough with the check ups and we've been seeing her for 4 years now.

Arrived early to my appointment only to find a long line of patients. Why they would allow so many appointments to be scheduled at the same time is beyond me. Has a walk in clinic "feel" with people standing due to lack of seating, very crowded. Never caught so much as a glimpse of the doctor, only the nurse practitioner, who was pleasant and friendly. Will definitely be searching for another doctor.

My daughter caught RSV here at 2months they don't do a very good job at separating the sick & not sick children. Old equipment. They were always full, didn't get seen till 3 hours after our appointment. One nurse was always kind of rude, & Dr. Garcia only saw him 3x outta the 6 times we went there, but I have to say he was also rude, & unprofessional walked out on us to take a call & never came back in to finish talking about our daughters treatment. How do you do that to a worried mother in tears!?!? :( Don't come to this dirty place unless you want your kids to get sick & deal with unprofessional people. Found a good pediatrician in spring & my daughter hasn't been sick since then :)

0 stars!!!!! Their answering service is a joke. Every time I call, I've waited over 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone and when they do answer, nobody knows anything and they are real quick to transfer you to a dead end voice mail. They scheduled my kids for their Covid Vaccines and I had to leave work, pick up my kids from school, arrived on time for their visit for them to tell me they forgot to call me cause they were out of Covid Vaccines. I also never received results for 1 of my kids blood work. I called to ask about his labs and Rodrigo wasn't able to give me info. He took down my # and said they would call. I've yet to receive a call. Very Disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!.

If I could rate this place with ZERO STARS I would. If You love wasting time in the waiting room, then again I’m the exam room YOU’VE found the PERFECT PLACE. They Schedule more patients then they can attend, once they had 6 1:00pm appointments for the same day. COMPLETELY OUTRAGEOUS.
