I recently closed on my new condo with the help of Melissa Lee and Eric Cataldo. They did an amazing job and were extremely diligent. I probably would have walked away from this amazing property because of a mistake with a deed from a previous sale in the building, but Eric and Melissa did there homework and put me in a great negotiating position. I was able to get my new condo and get my closing expenses covered because of it. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
