I first contacted Leavitt Law Firm in early 2020 in order to review my options regarding post-divorce child custody issues. I met with Frank Leavitt and was extremely impressed right away. I retained Frank, and he quickly went to work for me. He addressed both of my immediate issues and reached an acceptable settlement in little time without even needing to step into the court room. This year (2021), when it became necessary for me to move across the country for work, I didn't hesitate to return to Frank, asking him to represent me in a child relocation request. He worked hard to ensure that the best interests of my children were met. He ensured the facts were clearly presented to the judge during the trial, and his work ultimately resulted in my relocation request being granted. Frank is extremely professional, and my confidence in him grew each time I met with him. He knows the law, remembered every detail of my case along the way, and was very prepared for our day in court. The rest of his team at Leavitt Law Firm was also amazing.
