Zero stars of I could. I started with this company back in 2022 and I did like it and I worked myself up and had same management for over two years so they knew me. I don't like to take days off but I was needing a day and I had the time to take so I asked for a day off it was approved and then next day I got fired for it. I was shocked because I had worked there for some long I did my work, had passing scorecards and everything. This company will turn on you so quick. Please do NOT work here because they say they care but they do not. I see a lot of horrible things that they have done. This man that owes this company just wants the money and doesn't care about the people that actually bring it in. This was the first job I ever lost all because I needed a day off. They have fired people who were never late but did fired anyways. The teams also say racial slurs in team meetings but they never say a word. They do pick favorites and they choose to give them the easier work to do.

My car was totalled 12-11-24. My insurance company has sent Goldfein the claim settlement check. I have been calling daily asking when I am going to get my settlement check. It took Goldfein 7 days to cash the check from the insurance company. Now it has to go through yet another process of what who knows, do they? I find how they are handling this TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I am very disappointed that Toyota Financial deals with this company for total losses. I give NO STARS to Goldfein.

I've been working from home for years now and this was one of the worse jobs that I have had. These people do not care about NOTHING, but meeting metrics! Literally. I told my team leader I was not feeling good, this lady looked at me and asked me could I take a nap on my lunch break, because they are really behind and need to get their numbers. I'm like.... REALLY? I did the best I could, until I sat there and decided to PUT ME FIRST and I clocked out! I had high numbers every day and I did not get any kind of appreciation for it. Appreciation makes you go harder! They had slick/shady comments every day in the afternoon huddle, racial slurs, smart remarks, micromanage was awful. The job is not hard at all, but they make it hard and so so uncomfortable!! This job is just not worth it! I liked what I did, but I refuse to keep working for them type of people I worked for. My mental health is more important. I wasn't happy, so I had to get away! Quitting was the BEST thing I did for myself. I feel sorry for the ones that's working there. If I could give zero stars I would. Them people are weird.

Great place to work for. Nothing but good experiences. Leadership is awesome and very reasonable when life happens.

This place ended up filing a fraudulent insurance claim against my insurance. I voluntarily did a repossession due to the rear main seal blowing on my car related to a KNOWN GMC issue in March 2023. The auction fixed the car before sale and Goldfein filed an insurance claim for damages dated Oct 1, 2022 but didnt state what the "damages" to the car was. WHAT? I was still driving that car then and it was repossessed on March 31, 2023 so how could there be a claim for Oct 1 2022? Crooked place, fraudulent claims. Good thing I had pics of the car the day it was picked up, paperwork for the rear main seal and the class action lawsuit paperwork dated for Jan 2023 as well as proof of WHEN the car was taken. LIARS!
