Terrible place to work. You are just a number to them. They will act like they care but they do not. Their turn over rate is horrible. I do not know one single person that was in my group that was happy working there. The micromanaging is the worst. It is constant back to back calls. If you take even an extra minute in between a call, you are called out for it. You never get commended for your work instead you constantly get told what you aren’t doing. It’s hard to work somewhere that you feel like you are never doing good and constantly being watched and critiqued. Very toxic and stressful company to work for.

Zero stars of I could. I started with this company back in 2022 and I did like it and I worked myself up and had same management for over two years so they knew me. I don't like to take days off but I was needing a day and I had the time to take so I asked for a day off it was approved and then next day I got fired for it. I was shocked because I had worked there for some long I did my work, had passing scorecards and everything. This company will turn on you so quick. Please do NOT work here because they say they care but they do not. I see a lot of horrible things that they have done. This man that owes this company just wants the money and doesn't care about the people that actually bring it in. This was the first job I ever lost all because I needed a day off. They have fired people who were never late but did fired anyways. The teams also say racial slurs in team meetings but they never say a word. They do pick favorites and they choose to give them the easier work to do.

I've been working from home for years now and this was one of the worse jobs that I have had. These people do not care about NOTHING, but meeting metrics! Literally. I told my team leader I was not feeling good, this lady looked at me and asked me could I take a nap on my lunch break, because they are really behind and need to get their numbers. I'm like.... REALLY? I did the best I could, until I sat there and decided to PUT ME FIRST and I clocked out! I had high numbers every day and I did not get any kind of appreciation for it. Appreciation makes you go harder! They had slick/shady comments every day in the afternoon huddle, racial slurs, smart remarks, micromanage was awful. The job is not hard at all, but they make it hard and so so uncomfortable!! This job is just not worth it! I liked what I did, but I refuse to keep working for them type of people I worked for. My mental health is more important. I wasn't happy, so I had to get away! Quitting was the BEST thing I did for myself. I feel sorry for the ones that's working there. If I could give zero stars I would. Them people are weird.

I worked here for 3 years and let me tell you I have no idea how this business is still operating. Goldfein is THE WORST company I have ever worked for. The wage was horrible, I was treated as a number, I was one of the highest performers on my team and never got a raise or recognition. They make you sign a contract before hiring you that states they can fire you at any point in time for any reason. They fired a girl because her opinion offended the head of learning and development - mind you, she was asked for her opinion. Another person got fired right after she had her baby. No explanation was ever given to these people. Please avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve worked here for 9 months and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. The supervisors are amazing, patient and kind. The training was the most thorough I’ve ever had. My questions are always welcomed and answered. There is always something new to learn. They created a very safe space to work where everyone is comfortable. My whole department is awesome. 10/10.
