I don’t usually make complaints, but when it comes to mistreatment of woman and a case that involves thousands of innocent people, I have to speak up. I would like to suggest that Attorney Ben Isser and this law firm make changes in respect to how they behave on their intake calls and consider due diligence. The tone this attorney took with me was unprofessional and rude. I actually had to ask him if he would speak to a man in this tone or if he was only behaving like that because I am a woman. This person did not have any respect for my intelligence, my company and the thousands of people affected by the claim I am making. My interpretation is that the case was beyond his level of expertise. He just didn’t know enough about this type of federal claim. If you are looking for an attorney who is actually going to respect their clients cases and fight for the people against big companies in tough situations, then I would look elsewhere.
My mother recently passed away due to ovarian cancer, it was and still is a terrible loss. But we are certain that she will be rewarded for her pain and suffering that she endured during her last days while she was alive. We have the utmost confidence in her lawyers at Golomb & Honik. Great firm besides the paralegal Elizabeth Malloy.. The main lawyers and partners who really count's Excellent they get back to you very quickly they're very professional.. I've heard nothing but amazing things about everyone in the firm besides that MALLOY PARALEGAL LADY... She threatening my sister to drop my mom's case she doesn't have the power she's just a paralegal. Everyone else in the firm AMAZING 5 stars....
I was very happy with the services I received in choosing Golomb and Honik. I highly recommend them, and more specifically Mr. Spirt! He was kind and helpful with any and all questions I had and he took the time to explain everything to me instead of just breezing through. I definitely recommend this company.
