The experience with this law group was ABSOLUTELY horrible. They have no respect or regard for a person's time or money. I met with an attorney for a free consultation and at that time she said that if I had any further questions the next consultation would cost $100. I scheduled an appointment a few days later to meet with the same attorney on a Saturday morning. I had to bring my 82 year old father to the meeting because he had to be present. He has issues and it is hard for him to get around. I arrived 15 minutes early. I signed in and paid the $100. Instead of giving me the choice to wait or to reschedule they proceed to make me wait for over 2 and a half hours. Steadily making excuses for the wait. Finally we go upstairs and we walk into a room. The attorney I scheduled my appointment with is not present. There is a young man who looks like a law student and a young lady who is a law student in the room. The male has no clue how to answer my questions because he is not that kind of lawyer. We are there for 15 minutes and he writes my questions down and says that he will have the attorney call me on Monday. She doesn't call. I call her and the phone girl said she will have the attorney call me back. She finally calls. She says she can't take my case and rushes me off the phone. This was a huge disrespect of a person's time and money. I don't care that she couldn't take my case. That was fine. I should have been told the truth from the beginning. If my lawyer wasn't there just give me the respect to make a choice if I want to wait and see a different attorney and explain that he is not really knowledgeable in what I need or would I like to reschedule. I was respectful enough to be early for my appointment. You should give people the same respect. My poor father was in pain from being there for so long. I HATE this place and would give them a negative infinity if I could.

Horrible experience, Changed prices from $1,000 to $2,400 within a week. Horrible representation, had no update about my case until the day of court case. Even on the day of the court, I was clueless, until about 5 minutes before we spoke to the judge. I questioned the price change, the employees had no response & ran me out of the office. I can't in good faith recommend this Law Group to anyone.

Out 14K she was put on child support and had to pay 6K in attorneys fees. I haven’t seen a penny. They spout about making use best of your time. I didn’t see that with my case had 3 different attorneys one wasted a bunch of my time and and cost me a lot of money.

I recommend this law firm they took care of my family case for child custody in a very professional way starting with paralegal crystal she was very professional and good communication about my case. then to paralegal maria she was very very helpful and friendly helped me alot and guided me and the main person attorney Gardner she understood my case and did what was best for my case it was a bit costly but it was well worth every penny will definitely go back with this firm and this ladies if needed in the future GREAT JOB strongly recommend

Paralegal Perla did a great job getting back to me. If I call, she calls me right back. She broke down all the supporting documents I needed. I wasn’t stress because it was so easy, attorney Hai was knowledgeable and efficient. Today I received my residency today after 1.5 years. It was so smooth, I would recommend this team without hesitation.
