Unbelievably unprofessional. My closing date was pushed back more than 3 times because of their incompetence. When we finally got to the closing the attorney was 2 hrs late and still not prepared. I never closed and they tried their best to hold onto my down payment as long as possible. If you love being kicked in the nuts you may love them as well

Spoke to their real estate attorney about reviewing a lease for a property we just acquired. After driving to the office and meeting with said attorney we sat down and discussed what updates and changes I wanted to see made. I was excited because the attorney seemed knowledgeable and eager to help. This meeting took place on a Wednesday and the attorney committed to delivery by end of business that Friday. After not hearing back on Friday, I called again the following Monday. I was told, "the Paralegal is sick, and we're a little behind." Ok, fine. After calling 10+ times afterwards and leaving messages with no call backs, holding for 10+ minutes on multiple occasions, I was never able to speak to anyone again. Total waste of time, especially when dealing with a time sensitive matter that was discussed with the attorney beforehand.

I have been working with GLO for many years now. They are very specialized in transactions for real estate investors. They have helped me with regular purchases/sales, hard money transactions and landlord/tenant matters. I am very happy.
