Haven't Hurd from her in month... what's going on all I know this case hast moved and is getting frustrating not knowing ir getting a responce

He didn't do anything about my wife's case and when we realized it, he looked for a thousand excuses not to pursue our case or you give me my money back or we'll see you in court.

He charged me and only filed my immigration documents when I went to see how my case was going, it was just detours and he didn't do anything to me. I'm fighting to get my money back ????
