Called today to ask about a pre foreclosure home where they were representing the plaintiff. The receptionist was the rudest person I have ever spoken with and wouldn't give me the opportunity to explain what I needed. I have been a licensed realtor in Florida for 20 years and have never encountered such resistance by a receptionist when trying to help a client. Your receptionist is the first contact and should represent the companies values....enough said!!
