There was never anyone actually from Gregory B Taylor's office sitting at the table of my closing. It was the two real estate agents and a mobile notary. The day after my closing Gregory B Taylor's office sent me an email with some documents that they failed to have me sign. They wanted me to print it off sign it and scan it back to them. I told them I was not in a place with a printer or scanner and that they could Courier it over to me and I would be glad to sign it. They hit the roof and said that my loan would be called within the next few days if I did not sign this document that they failed have me sign at closing. Which I think was a big smoke screen and a lie. I felt like I had paid them $700 in fees plus bought title policies and this is how they were going to treat me. They were very unprofessional and I did not appreciate the treatment. I was able to locate a printer and scan it back to them. So I jumped through the hoop for their mistakes. I will not be recommending their office to any of my friends and have given feedback to my realtor and my lender.

You know title companies are all smiles before closing because they want your business but it is what happens after closing that sets them apart. I am sorry to say this company failed me in every way. I ran into issues with a HELOC application owing to the fact that HELOC company said that Gregory B Taylor left a lien to the prior owner on the title. I was not worried about it, I assumed it would all get taken care of. Nope, despite phone calls and multiple emails the person in charge of solving things acknowledged the issue but would not even give the courtesy of a reply, let alone solve the problem. As a result my HELOC application dragged on for 3 months and I ended up being denied due to the non responsiveness of this title company. I guess they already took my money and now frankly don't give a (you know what). Either way I would avoid this company like the plague and go with someone else. Very very unprofessional way of doing things.
