Vinsom Friedman is one of the nastiest attorney I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He took a simple closing with fairly amicable people and turned it into a very stressful situation. He refused to wait for the loan to fund (he left an hour before it funded). His client had difficulties reaching him to confirm he could release the keys. He totally inconveinenced his client and everyone else. His client had to drive all the way from Queens to his office in Garden City to pick up checks. All of this could have been avoided had he acted as most attorney have under these circumstances. He was incredibly confrontational at one point I asked him why he was so determined to start a fight.

Maybe i don't have experience working with this firm , but a guy from This firm called Sir Henoch Gilbert paid for my high school fees which enabled me attain my goals. I wanted to be a lawyer like him but I ended up to being a high school Teacher which am very happy and proud of it as i can also help other kids attain their dreams . I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment at the terrible customer service my husband just received from a lawyer here, Gary Friedenberg. We had an appointment on the books to meet with him this Friday that has been scheduled for weeks. When my husband called to provide our Hyatt Legal Plan information, he cancelled the appointment. He acknowledged someone at the firm signed the firm up for this plan, but stated he will not work with us due to not receiving enough money from the legal plan for his services. You should not sign up for a plan you do not plan on honoring. I am sincerely disappointed. I do hope this firm either removes themselves from Hyatt Legal Plans in the future or makes it clear on their website that even though they technically are a participating member, they do not actually accept it.
