Unprofessional, dishonest, overpriced. When I voiced my concerns I was treated rudely by a female staff member. I paid a lot of money for NOTHING! I asked to speak to my attorney, but he was always "too busy" to speak with me, or "out of the office." I did some research and he is the only attorney working there, and he is a personal injury lawyer. Do not use this firm for tax problems, they don't know what they are doing!! I ended up going with another firm who had to clean up the mess this firm made for me, and my new lawyer couldn't believe how much money I had paid considering the fact they did nothing to fix my problem.

I hired Grey Jones & Associates to assist me with an IRS matter. Mr. Jones and Mr. Kolcun are very unprofessional and very expensive. Mr. Jones and Mr. Kolcun promised to file amended returns for the years being audited by the IRS once they stopped their collection process. I paid them the fees they billed prior to their completing their services. They did not file the amended returns that they committed to do and I am still dealing with the IRS and now the State of Ohio. I would never do business with them again.
