Was looking to refinance my fathers portfolio and eveyone I spoke treated me with respect and quickly gave me quotes that did eventually lead to a closing.
These people are empathetic SCAMMERS, you apply for one of their properties and they DO NOT take accountability when THEY mess up. Simply just reiterate what was told to them and makes up stuff. Not a helpful company at all. They just want your money, they dont care about you.
