I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Attorney Ira Grolman. I was referred to him by my workplace in the hopes that he would be able to help us to deal with a problem that occurred with my 92 year-old mother at a local hospital. Unfortunately, based on the surrounding circumstances, we were able to determine rather quickly that it probably wouldn't make sense to take it to court at this time based on costs vs outcome. However, even though there was nothing in it for him based on that fact, he was still very empathetic to our circumstance and went way out of his way to schedule a call to talk me through the best next course of action in our situation. Although it didn't logistically make sense to proceed with Attorney Grolman in this situation, I am very glad that I called him. I definitely feel that he listened, digested, and understood the details of the situation we found ourselves in and also cared about the emotional impact it had on my mother and my family. Although there was nothing compelling him to do so, he chose to respond in an altruistic manner - a practice that is, unfortunately, no longer very commonplace. Thank you Ira. After agreed to a 30 minute free consultation the call ended after only 15 minutes. I found that Ira was quite rude. If you’re not spending money here expect to be spoken down to sadly.
