Group Against Smog And Pollution

Currently suing the Allegheny Co. over what it feels is "squandering of funds". When the county is behind on Industrial Operation Permits (AKA Title V permits) SPECIFICALLY because of its poor facilities (can't hire more people to process them) and these outdated and expired permits make it improbable for the county to levy fines against the same polluters this group claims to be against, how is it appropriate or acceptable for you guys to sue to prevent them? Then you have the balls to sue the EPA to force the county to keep up with it's backlog that it can't keep up because you're suing them over how they pay for it!nnYou guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Hypocrites!
