Attorney Benjamin Flam was very knowledgeable and efficient getting me the wages my former employer still owed me. The HR director at my former company had adamantly told me nothing was owed. Phillip Gordon took time to review a very advance and complicated case (nearly 90 minute phone call to review and consult free of charge). He offered clear insights and straight-forward answers about the likelihood of several scenarios. I would not hesitate to recommend you pick up the phone and call him if you have a legal issue as an employee.

Contacted the group by phone, the lady at the reception said "wait a moment" and then transferred me to someone else without any heads up or explanation. I explained what I need to that other person who said they need to transfer me again to someone else. After that happened the last person wasn't even there to answer so I reached a voice mail and left my details, but as you can guess, nobody ever called back... I saw all the good reviews here and that is why I called this specific law firm, but they are definitely having some gaps in communication. BTW, I also left my details at their "contact us" section, which did not help either.
