My only wish is that I didn't have to even give one star. They missed a major deduction on my taxes and forgot to submit my state taxes....which I had to call about 2 months later. When I asked if they could help me with the amended return ( because of the missed deduction) I was treated with complete disrespect. His words were "so you want to shame me into doing your amendment for free". Clearly I'm regretful for using them in the first place.
