Beware of CROOK-SON ( paralegal firm) They are a pure Joke. First of all.....who there is even an actual lawyer?? nnI wouldnt trust them if i were you!!nnThey tried to add on an additional " finders fee" to the Hud and sent it to our bank.nnOur bank said the house would have sold almost 6 months prior had the PARALEGALS not been requestiong more than the allowed 6%. GreedynnThese people are SHADY. nnValerie Mitchell was so rude on the phone with my 70 year old mother that she began to cry!!!!! nnMicheal/Andrew refused to disclose some very important information needed to sell the home after being asked to send us email.
