Our closing with Gwynn, Edwards & Getter was a smooth and positive experience. We had an issue shortly after the due diligence period, having to switch lenders but Anita and Meredith handled the change with no interruptions to the closing. They went above and beyond to make sure they had everything they needed from the new lender in a very short amount of time. We have bought and sold multiple properties, and been at the closing table several times and I felt this firm was the best I've dealt with in making sure I was in the loop on every step, and making sure I had my closing documents and understood them.
