The experience has been so unpleasant. I dropped the easiest return off end of Jan and the process is still ongoing only because I followed up. The first return that was prepared I was owed money then when I was told I could something to get more money which should have been told me in Jan by a person they call a tax accountant. The only reason I know this is because I called at end of May when I did not get my return. The Doylestown PA office did not complete nor did they let me know in May they were not completed when I dropped them off at the I went from being owed to owing.... because of HR BLOCK. Forget resolving any issues I have 2 complaints in and have not hear from anyone at HR Block when they messed up. Please use any service but NOT HR block because when it comes to issues they DO NOT help. I have the peace of mind package, it does nothing....... they hype it but its useless. Just like their customer service. I have all the documents which show HR Block's very basic errors.

H&R Block is a scam! They failed to submit my taxes. Had taxes figured 3.5 months ago. IRS says at least 9 more weeks after receiving all documentation from me. Considering a lawsuit.

Two years ago we went to h&r block. The agent screwed our taxes up so bad we are now, two years later, just getting it settled. The man overseeing the tax filing places in our area never apologized, and had lied about mailing our documents back to us. The first documents are lost in the ozone, without no apologies from him. To this day, he still can't say our name right. We have never seen such negligence and incompetence in our lives. We are in our 60's. Don't use them.

Horrible service!!! I am still waiting on my refund of the preparation fee’s. Then the amended return is still incorrect. I’ve called with my claim number numerous of times. I’ve been told different thing’s like we’re escalating the issue which was twice and no call back for an update like I was told. Today now it’s been sent to tier two. The representative didn’t want to look up anything. I could tell. I will NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

Your customer service sucks!!! No one knows how to resolve problems and you don't deserve the money I paid yall!! You messed up mu taxes and you just keep giving me new case numbers because no one in your company is smart enough to call YOUR PAYING CUSTOMER BACK!! DONNA TODD MESSED UP MY TAXES AND I OWE IN ANOTHER STATE AND YALL WANT ME TO PAY MORE FOR YOU TO FIX AND AMEND MY TAXES! I'M GOING TO SUE BECAUSE I TOLD HER NOT TO FILE ON MY BEHALF!
