We have been left disappointed and broken for her lack of knowledge, understanding and compassion for our situation. She was more worried about getting her final payment even though the job was not completed then actually doing her job. She was never available via email or phone without happening to contact multiple times and when things weren’t going according to plan and we needed assistance her responses were aggressive, and short. I will never recommend her to anybody. She didn’t even understand the process or know the process and has then in emails tried to lie to us about that. This is not somebody who should be trusted.
