Although her schedule was busy, she took care of what we needed, answered all our questions, and gave guidance on follow up steps. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I found her through my work's legal insurance network, and it worked out great! We just had to pay for copies of the documents, and the insurance covered the rest of the fees. If I could give her a negative rating I would. Cara was hired to represent me in my case. She ended up charging me $11,000+ for filing paperwork and phone calls. The day she was supposed to show up to court she didn't. After several calls to her office to have someone come out to represent me, no one did. I ended up walking out of court by myself, losing my case. The other party and I settled the matter on our own without our attorneys. The lack of professionalism and no representation during your clients time of need was horrible! I felt so alone and betrayed by the person that I hired to represent me in one of the hardest moments of my life. Make an informed choice in who you hire to represent you. Choose someone that won't desert you.
