BEWARE and plse shop further!!! When you deal with Kurt Bond and his team, you are in for a huge bill you didn't sign up for. We asked him for a quote for a civil case before starting the procedure, but after we deposited the retainer, all at a sudden he could not "remember" the fee we agreed upon and we end up paying a big bill! He already had a poor reputation with Alverson Taylor in Las Vegas before...BEWARE!!!
Hall and Evans reviewed our 1023 application for our non-profit to become a 501C3. I talked to the attorney for 5 minutes on the phone. She emailed a paragraph or less response 13 times, which included some bad advice on how to proceed. Total bill over $10,000. Also, my check was returned and I had to call three times to eventually settle up with a credit card.
Ryan and David are extremely unprofessional. David gave me an extremely hard time after his clients case was closed. He refused to provide me with my tracking number for my check, made multiple dishonest statements that were confirmed by the EEOC his attitude was so erratic he’s sent the woe check to the wrong person. I was transferred to another attorney to help him of the situation to where she constantly interrupting me and told me to stop and he’s not my client and won’t help me. Ryan then continue to say that he owns a business so good luck father can complete with a BBB

The efficiency in which Bryan and this firm operates is second to none. The fees associated with the representation provided were more than fair.
