If you want a beast of an attorney - Ray Hamrick is the guy. He is smart, shrewd, fearless and undaunted when you are pinned in the corner and your back is up against the wall. Ray can slay dragons - and he did that for us. It took 3 years of continual litigation and fighting, but justice truly prevailed - and it was only because of Ray and his associate, Jonathan. An A List Super star duo...I will be eternally grateful for their assistance.
For years, Hamrick & Evans has successfully served the legal needs of my companies, Hannibal Pictures and Hannibal Classics but also have represented me personally. They have done so expeditiously and cost-effectively, while being attentive and responsive to all my concerns and questions, unlike other firms I had dealt with in the past. Had consultation with associate attorney regarding our case with positive feedback, and that just needed to have reviewed by Mr Hamrick himself and would get back to us in two days. A couple days passed, no word. Sent emails and called office over next couple weeks to try to get word, which we finally did two weeks later saying a trial they had went longer than expected but that Mr Hamrick should be able to review shortly although generally our issue is not covered. (Our issue did not conform to generalities and required review of our docs). We were told we should hear back in under a week. Three weeks later we finally hear back from the associate after having to keep following up. We get a generic email response stating for the most part our issue would not be covered and that Mr Hamricks office would not be able to help us further. Would not mind in the least if their office did not take on our case(they have every right), but wasting a month of our time during a very stressful time in our lives and then subsequently offering a canned answer which could lead us to pursuing our case inappropriately without any explanation whatsoever, all without appearing to review our docs(page 1 would have shown we do not have normal docs), is unacceptable.
