I think I used this company twice throughout the city -- once in Metairie. They are solid. It's hard to grade them harshly or generously but overall, the title transfer went well. I would definitely recommend, and if I keep encountering them in my business dealings, I will update my review as they come along. (Note: Three is average. Four is good. Five is great).

Great to work with. Always updating you on the status of everything. Never vague, always direct and honest. Found them early in my Realtor career and have used them ever since. Very consistent and prices are very competitive.

The attorney pleasant, but they don't keep the listing agent in the loop and I had to call to receive the CD; in addition, they never informed me about the closing time. They spoke with everyone but me. I was annoyed.

These people are the most knowledgeable and friendly I have ever come across in my 21 years of real estate dealings. I won't go anywhere else. Everything is done quickly and efficiently and most importantly, correctly.
