Today I spoke with the assistant of Hanis Irvine.nI was referred there from the Hyatt legal plan. I told that my question is about FRCP. But she responded that attorney refused even to talk to me because my case is regarding the certain type of visa. I told that my question is not about the visa but about the frcp. FRCP is the basics every attorney should be familiar with who works with district courts. Thus, we can say 2 things either:n- the assistant is non-professional and kicks off clients with no reason.n- the assistant is right and professional and she said true. Thus, the attorney does not know basics of the law (frcp). And yes it is true he is not able to help me.
