Here is my complete details dealing with this Law firm. They do not respond back to you! If you call the office most of the time you'll get a live person that only take messages and if you leave a message, nobody will return your call. The issue I have is they hold on to your settlement check!! I learned that it should take 3 to 6 weeks to get your money. It's now going on 4 months!! No kind of communication here!! NYS law gives the insurance company 21 days to pay out. I found phone numbers to file a complaint and also to hire lawyers that take your case for free if you have an issue with fees or when they hold onto your check. Every week I will give a update on the scams they pull until they pay!!!

What are the actual office hours? And why does it take 7 phone calls just to get the office receptionist to answer and then have the audacity to question why I’m calling. They’re supposed to greet with respect and identify their name along with saying this is Linders office whose speaking. They do neither. They also make me wait 10 minutes each time and want to know all about my case which LEGALLY isn’t their place. If I’m calling to speak with MY ATTORNEY about MY CASE. It is not your place to question why I’m calling, what I need to discuss with the case and also not their business to ask any personal questions about my health insurance. Today is the first time I called over 4 times no answer, what are the ACTUAL office hours? This is ridiculous just like their poor office receptionists 0/10 poor customer satisfaction, they’re ratchet and disrespectful. The attorneys & lawyers are amazing 10/10 they’re not ratchet and disrespectful.

Do NOT choose this office!! Veronica Diaz (supervisor) has lost her mind & my husband & I were former clients, yet her drug abuse with adderrall & percocets led her to harass us for a few weeks, insulting myself, husband, my mother, my father and sister. She was trying to intimidate us by stalking our home driving around on 2/15 &we have her on cam. I have not had any type of relationship with her except as a client. ***She recommended surgery for me for which I did not need & I still regret until this day!! BE AWARE!!!!! They are all money hungry & DO NOT care about their clients. She advised us to sue our own insurance company & promised it wouldn't affect us yet she lied bc it was the worst decision because now my mother in law has never been able to get insurance again and it's been over 7 years, all so they can collect a paycheck. I also posted a screen shot to prove I was actually a client and a screenshot in which she requests a review from me a few years back (which is not technically allowed). As well as a few of the disgusting things she said. Pictures below are some of her insults, her trying to “pay me to remove “ my review which exposed her, proof I was her former client.
