Rachael Kamlet and Jason Thacher were both wonderful. I had a very high-profile divorce and family case, and the encouragement and knowledge of these attorney's was not only a saving grace but very professional reliable, and reassuring. I would recommend them and their law firm a million times over. It's a worthy investment for your family matter and they will take very good care of you in regard to your matter. They were able to help me in every aspect which was quite the range and I felt taken care of and assured every time. The firm as a whole, including paralegals, receptionists, billing department and more are very helpful and reliable also. They really care at Harris and Law and I wouldn't have made it through my case or my journey without their protection and help. Thank you all!
Men beware! You will receive the #1 worst representation for your divorce case. You will pay top fees, receive the worst representation, lose your case, your pride and suffer humiliation. Upon the many errors made by Sarah (a seasoned veteran) including corrections from the judge in her miscalculations, upon reviewing a document to be submitted to the courts we discovered it was a prewritten template to represent women. Sarah charged not only for that template and all the errors of misrepresentation but the many corrections that were pointed out to be changed. This was at best the norm throughout the representation. Unfortunately her paralegal presented worse calculations and errors again charging for the corrections needed to be made. It’s a known fact men in divorce cases get screwed by the court system - don’t add insult to injury paying top dollar for poor representation. Upon interviewing new representation and speaking to a lawyer outside the Harris Law Firm. He informed me The Harris Law Firm has the worst reputation as he has won 9 out of his 10 cases against this firm. After paying over $53,000 in fees to The Harris Law Firm the firm was contacted to place a complaint and they expressed no remorse. Hence after terminating Sarah’s services they charged additional $800 plus in services that was NOT requested.
Navigating the complexities of a custody jurisdictional case amid life's overwhelming challenges is no easy feat. Thankfully, I found an exceptional ally in Jason Thacher of the Harris Law Firm. Over the past 10 months, Jason's unwavering dedication and legal expertise have been nothing short of transformative. From the outset, Jason understood the gravity of my situation and the paramount importance of safeguarding my children's well-being. With meticulous attention to detail, he guided me through the arduous process of gathering evidence and preparing for our hearing. Throughout the journey, Jason remained a steadfast advocate, never losing sight of the delicate nature of my case. His strategic approach and unwavering focus ensured that my children's best interests were prioritized and defended at every turn. I am immensely grateful to Jason and the entire team at the Harris Law Firm for their unwavering support and encouragement during one of the darkest chapters of my life. Their professionalism, compassion, and tireless dedication have truly made a difference, bringing much-needed clarity and peace of mind during a tumultuous time. In Jason, I found not just a skilled attorney, but a trusted ally who went above and beyond to secure a favorable outcome for my family. Thank you, Jason, and the Harris Law Firm, for guiding me through this challenging journey with grace and expertise.
Jennifer and her paralegal Cat were outstanding. They communicated with me in a timely, respectful, and professional manner. Larry worked well with me by being flexible when I asked if I could wait to pay the bill since I knew we were finishing up my case. Jennifer is talented. I'm very pleased with her attention to detail and willingness to engage when I expressed that I didn't understand something. These folks are highly recommended in my book - I will certainly pass on this firm's name and my positive experience.
Professional, thoughtful, credible, relationship-oriented, trustworthy: this is how I experience my attorney Rich Harris. I work with many attorneys who practice in various jurisprudential disciplines, and when it comes to domestic matters, I recommend THLF for anyone with a matter in Colorado. Especially if you develop a relationship with your attorney that's rooted in trust and openness (yes, YOU have to do this if you want to extract the highest and best value of good counsel!), you will learn a lot and become a better decision-maker and advocate for your own best interests -- something that will serve you long after your matter is resolved. Rich is a skilled, experienced, thoughtful advisor, so give yourself the opportunity to be advised, in addition to being "fought for". In addition, Rich's staff colleagues are responsive and professional, while also being friendly and accessible. If you are reading this review, it likely means that you are in a difficult situation, soon will be, or would like to prevent one from arising in the future. Take a deep breath. What's ahead may be difficult, but trials develop perseverance, and Rich and his attorney and non-attorney colleagues are capable, kind, reputable professionals whose presence alongside you through your difficult season will be a gift that you'll be glad to have given yourself.
