Manager John apparently doesn't have an office to speak with clients privately about their case which means you are forced to speak about sensitive information in the lobby as the ladies in the back snicker and laugh about the details of your case. Very young and unprofessional staff with no respect or regard for their clients. Avoid this place with a 10 foot pole.

TERRIBLE!! Company have ZERO Customer Service skills. The employees have rude behavior and bad attitudes. They have no empathy for customers or clients. I would never recommend such an incompetent company to debt collect.

Robert Harris was allowed to come into dressed and disguised as a totally different person in chesterfield civil court.

This place is unprofessional and a scam I called to request a copy of my loan payment history after speaking with the original creditors they said I had to reach out to their lawyers I called this place and they lied stating that I had to get it from the court building they are acting extremely shady and something should be done about it why are they withholding my personal information send me the information which was requested
