I do not recommend this firm. Word of caution. I hired them a few years back to do my estate planning. They did a great job. Seamless and reasonable fees and timeframe to completion. So when a year ago, I needed advise on starting a non profit, I went to them first. Took my case and reassured me they can do this. They quoted me in the ballpark to 7.5k to set up and file. I heard from others it was a bit high, but since I trusted them from before, I went with them. Here we are a year later. Not only was nothing filed, but the documents were filled out incorrectly with wrong tax ID number. And when I requested my files, nothing after weeks of waiting. And I paid over 12k for work they clearly did not know anything about. My issues with firms like this is the dishonesty and lack of accountability. Mistakes can happen. Sometimes we take on more then we can handle. But own up to it. I was billed for having 5-6 different hands in the pot plus outside consultants because lack of knowledge on their part And even then they couldn’t get it together. I can list every single one who was involved, but they know who they are. They must have blocked my email, as nothing reaches them and everything bounces right back. Record release means nothing to them as they don’t even have the decency to send it over. I wonder how many other people they have done this to. Do not hire Avelino law and any of its partners or associates for any work unless it’s something that AI can do as that’s what they are likely to give you. AI work as they are not qualified to practice ethical law.

She was misleading in the areas of law that she could help us with. Which means that every single penny we spent with her could have been better spent with a more appropriate attorney. We were very forthright in explaining what we needed and yet she let us hire her even though she was not truly in a position to help us. I do not recommend her as I do not believe that she is honest and upfront.

A very poor experience with lack of personalization, dishonesty and lack of knowledge. Staff is fairly rude and opportunistic in their dealings with clients.. Do not be fooled by the first impression. Stacey is dishonest and now I am having to pay someone else to correct the mistakes made.

Stacey is incompetent and a liar. Do not hire this firm. She will sweet talk you into hiring her and then turf it off to associates. They do sloppy incomplete work.

We worked with Stacey Valentine to have our wills, POAs and trusts created. Professional, friendly and easy to work with. I recommend talking to Stacey for this type of planning and preparation.
