I Would not recommend them after dealing for buying and selling. Keith is nice, and the fees are somewhat low which sounds great - but in life you need to learn that you get what you pay for. They strictly work for closings, and in numbers, and are all over the place. So getting a response takes days and weeks, they never follow up on requests(minimal ones at that). Its pretty much like hiring an attorney because you need an attorney in real estate, but don't expect them to fight for you or get anything done, or help with any costs beyond what you need to expect with buying or selling. My problem was they never followed up to confirm a closing date with the seller, that date turned into weeks, and then rates went up, fees went up such as an extension, and tax payments, and I had to cover fees for stuff that was not my fault. Instead of them fighting for me, they pretty much said here is the amount to close and you should do this asap.

I would not recommend Keith to close on anyone's home! As a first time home buyer, he left me in a complete nightmare due to his lack of effort. He completely forgot to send our title when closing on our house to the association we live in and now we are left with thousands of dollars of fees, title search fees and legal fees because he never notified management we purchased our home. He also offered NO help to fix this messy situation which was due to error on HIS part and now we have to pay for it!! he offered no sympathy and never owned up to his mistake instead told me "best of luck." Not happy with his service and do not recommend!!
