I give five stars because this law firm did right by me and handled my case with professionalism and dedication. My attorney assigned, Mr. Babbitt, has exceptional qualifications and did a great good with my case. They won my case and I'm not even 40 years old.
Let me start by saying that if I had known sooner, I wouldn't have let them represent me in traffic court for a speeding ticket let alone something as important as my disability case. Time and time again I ended up doing their job for them. On two different occasions the Social Security Administration almost dropped my case because Heard & Smith did not do their job. They couldn't even do something as simple as forward some financial information that the SSA had requested. On numerous occasions it was me that gathered medical documentation of which heard and Smith was supposed to do. Hell I should be on their payroll and receive a paycheck. Heard & Smith is eligible to receive up to $6,000 of my money. They don't deserve 50 bucks. In my opinion it was me that won the case for me, not Heard & Smith. I finally cut them out of the loop and started communicating directly with the Social Security Administration. There were things they should have gone to bat for regarding my case but they wouldn't. Ultimately it was me that convinced my case worker at the disability office to have a meeting with the examiner the doctor and quality control to go ahead and make a decision on my case which ultimately led to the approval on my case.
Heard Smith won my SSDI case. Judge made a decision from the bench which doesn't happen often. Ms. Wolfe was very professional and respectful at all times. She also listened to me and was very straightforward and understanding. The admin staff was very prompt at getting any records I sent in up loaded to my case file. Thanks Heard and Smith, and Ms. Wolfe for your hard work and dedication.
This place was awesome in helping me get my disability taken care of…Short process and all the paperwork was done except for me filling out all the things that I suffer from and going to get checked out by doctors to make sure I was diagnosed correctly,was all I had to do from my end…the fee for the work they handled was well worth the help I received from them. I recommend this place to everyone I know who needs help and have trouble getting the benefits they are in need of!
Valled on phone they could help me with my situation but it doesnt mean they cant help you with yours
