David Yeremian failed to meet his obligations to me as a client he failed to speak with me when I asked to speak with him, his manager Alex has lied to me about my case and what he was doing only to find out he did nothing on my case . They failed to return phone calls when I left messages blaming it on other employees. This law firm is garbage to put it nicely. I will never use them again in life .

For the sake of your mental health, please do yourself a favor and look for another law firm! David and his associates are unresponsive, liars, and overall unprofessional. I hired them in 2021 and so far they’ve only reached out to me 3 times. Over the course of 2 years, I’ve had more than 4 case managers in which I’ve had to explain my whole case over and over again and without getting anywhere. I recently spoke to lawyers at UCLA and Loyola M Law School about my situation and thy told me that a good lawyer would’ve resolved this in 2 months, emphasis on “good”.

This law firm is a joke they went ahead and dropped my case after two years of doing notjing now irs up to me to try and get my case settled after they just waisted two years of valuble time so please dont even consider them as your attorney. A joke is what they are . They should have negative stars for ratings because thats where they seserve to be at.

A nest of crooks. Took them 4 full years, almost 5 to finally settle a slam dunk case where I was rear ended on the freeway. They put us on their chiropractor carousel, and I had to finally call that quits. That's where all your settlement goes, and they split it. Then they tell you to sign to file to "preserve the statute of limitations" so they can go from 33% to 45%. Out of $30k, I only got about $7k. They gobbled up a huge chunk, and I had to split my share with THEIR quack chiros who only do massage chairs and ice packs. Just find a reputable firm. These people are specialists at stretching the case and chewing your share up ????????

Around the summer of 2018 I contacted this law group through I believe Facebook for a potential lawsuit against a former employer. Nothing I described didn't really validate anything. The law group asked me to send them certain documents so see if there was anything they could do. They found out what my former company violated and it went on from there to proceed with a class action lawsuit. I knew I had to have patience and knew it would take awhile. When the pandemic hit in March 2020 the process of course became a lot slower. Finally received the final settlement notice just the waiting game began. Low and behold I was very shocked on the settlement amount and couldn't be more grateful. I wanna thank Mr. Lindsay and whichever partner that worked hard to settle this case. They did a fantastic job and highly recommend them.
