We have had the privilege to work with Monica Schmucker and Peter Kamm at Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt on our Hurricane Ian insurance claims. They are professional, determined, amazingly skilled and genuinely compassionate. Our home was demolished in the storm with no hope of rebuilding as insurance claims were not cooperating at all. The insurance companies had no intent or regard to honor our policy. Because of Monica and Peter's strategic diligence and talent we were able to settle in a timely manner and we are now able to rebuild! While some may consider the firm "large", I found that the level of expertise and communication had a "small" firm feel, and the guidance and advice for my matter was handled very professionally. Not all my concerns had the answers I was looking for, but counsel explained the law and how the law was applied. On the concerns that I had where I thought I was right, counsel directed and guided me through a process that was very acceptable and had the outcome I desired. I would highly recommend this firm.
