WOULD GIVE ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE. I would first like to say how extremely rude of them to treat my auntie horribly only because she went to check on her case in person. Mind you she has been checking the process online because they don’t already do their job and call the customer to notify them how the process is going. There was supposed to be an answer by August and she let the whole month go by with no response from the law firm. She went in person only to deal with a rude man who basically made her walk out crying of the attorneys office, making her feel less of herself & saying that they weren’t going to be stuck on the phone only worrying about her case. While she never mentioned that all she wanted was the status of her case.This is becoming negliance & unprofessional , if you are hired to do a job and cannot keep up with your cases, then maybe you should only take what you can handle and stop being money hungry taking peoples money and not doing a job correctly. If you are a business owner it is extremely unprofessional to also be replying to the bad reviews the way you do, exposing the whole customers story. This law firm is very unprofessional & just because you are a lawyer doesn’t mean your entitled.. humble yourself. Everybody is human and they work hard to earn money to pay you & to do your job.
